BASIC START UP PACKAGE

HANDBOOK
IKAA ONE TIME INITIATION FEE FOR NEW STUDENTS
UNIFORM (REQUIRED FOR KUNG-FU AND ARNIS CLASS)
CUP AND SUPPORTER (REQUIRED FOR MALE STUDENTS ENROLLING IN THE KUNG-FU CLASS)

3. $100.00 (IKAA one time initiation fee for new students)

5. $10.00 (cup & supp. for male students)

* Testing Fees for any of classes offered are additional costs payed at the time of the testing.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH OR THE BEGINNING OF EACH PRE-PAYMENT PLAN. THERE IS A $20.00 LATE FEE FOR PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THE 10TH OF THE MONTH FOR BOTH MONTHLY DUES AND PAYMENT PLANS. ALL PRE-PAYMENT PLANS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER YOUR FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE DEDICATED TO THIS COMMITMENT IN TRAINING
